We are in Spain!
We made it. No volcano erupted. The Jackson´s made it out of Sweden and joined us without any problems.
We already have a week under out belt with riding the Spainish mountains. And man, those are mountains! Our first week had us climbing the Sierra Nevadas and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We descended into Granada to spend an afternoon at the Alhambra, a huge Moorish castle from over 600 years ago. The details in the carving and the tile work are truly inspiring.
We are now back in Malaga having had a relaxing afternoon and wonderful dinner with the Jackson´s before they fly out tomorrow. The four of us, two Prouse´s and Dave & I will be heading up into the mountains (or porkchops, as we have been lovingly calling them) tomorrow towards Ronda. First a night in Tolox then into Ronda. The bikes have been holding up really well and I am very, very glad that I have the triple front ring on!

Awesome and spectacular! Climb, babies, climb! Then descend and eat like Romans and drink like old-fashioned print journalists.
