I’m gona do a light easy spin (25-30km) for about 2 hours tomorrow leaving some time at 3, fairly flexible with the time as long as its still warm.

Alright so the first O cup race, maybe even the first road race for the 2009 season is coming up… are you ready?

There has been way too much road biking going on. I’m planning try riding at Puslinch tomorrow, leaving around 5:30. Hopefully the sandier parts of the trail will be dry enough to ride.

I have room for one or maybe two more bikes. Post or email me if you’re interested.

Wednesday April 1st will be a relaxed casual ride (<25km/hr). Meet at Ciclo Werks at 6:00pm sharp (465 Phillip st).

Thursday April 2nd will be race simulation night again. We will be doing the Erbsville circuit one last time. Meet at Ciclo Werks at 6:00pm. This is the last race simulation night before the Good Friday road race.

Rides will go on rain/snow or shine. All are welcome to join both rides.

I’m heading out for a road ride on saturday morning (~ 3 hrs) and I’m planning to leave around 8:30, but I’m flexible with the timing. Anyone in?

I bought this bike last year and rode it fewer than 5 times.  It’s a great bike, but I need to sell it for road bike parts.  Originally retailed over $2300; I am asking $1200.

As far as size goes, I am 6′1″ and it is slightly on the small side of a good fit for me.

Ziggy’s Cycle & Sport Ltd. is in need for a new employee to assist managing the floor with sales.  This position is preferably full time with a guarentee to work 40 hours a week from now untill the end of the summer, with availability to maintain that position afterwards. The position can also be part time.
